- 6 medium potatoes cooked, cooled and shredded
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 1 10.75-ounce can cream of chicken soup
- ½ pint sour cream
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- ½ onion chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place in a casserole dish and bake at 300° for 1½ hours.
