  • 6 medium potatoes cooked, cooled and shredded
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 10.75-ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ pint sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • ½ onion chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Place in a casserole dish and bake at 300° for 1½ hours.
