Uncle Booger’s Pecan Pie
Great served warm with vanilla ice cream!

- 1⁄2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup clear corn syrup
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 deep pie shell or 2 regular pie shells
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine butter and sugar.
- Add corn syrup, eggs, pecans and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Pour in pie shell and bake 35 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool and (if you can wait) before you slice and serve.
