Sweet Georgia Brown Pecan Pie

  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light or dark corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted and cooled
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie crust 9-inch


  • Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and melted butter. Stir in pecans a handful at a time. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool before slicing.
