Sweet Georgia Brown Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light or dark corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons butter melted and cooled
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked pie crust 9-inch
Instructions
- Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and melted butter. Stir in pecans a handful at a time. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool before slicing.
