Sunday Brunch Monkey Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cans biscuits cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans optional
Instructions
- Combine brown sugar, sugar, butter and orange juice in a large bowl.
- Add quartered biscuits and mix to coat all pieces.
- Spoon ½ biscuits into a loaf pan Sprinkle with pecans.
- Layer remaining biscuits on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
