Summer Peach and Tomato Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 6 peaches
- 3 medium tomatoes halved then thinly sliced in wedges
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
- ½ cup walnuts roughly chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine peaches, tomatoes and onion.
- Toss in raspberry vinaigrette until evenly coated.
- Top with chopped walnuts.
- May be served chilled or room temperature.
