Spicy Avocado Dip

  • ¼ cup finely chopped scallions
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cup Greek plain yogurt
  • 2 ripe avocados peeled, seeded and chopped


  • Place scallions, vinegar, salsa, cilantro, chili powder and salt in a food processor (or blender); process until smooth.
  • Add yogurt and avocado; process until smooth.
  • Chill before serving with tortilla chips for dipping.
