Smackover Roughneck Dip
Ingredients
- 6 to 7 jalapeños
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 quart mayonnaise
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
Instructions
- Cut ends from jalapeños, slice lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Combine in blender with lemon juice and vegetable oil; process until smooth.
- Set aside.
- Combine mayo, tomato paste, garlic powder, and mustard.
- Just before serving, mix with jalapeño mixture and serve with chips.
