Shrimp & Crawfish Ceviche

Ingredients

  • ½ quart water
  • ¾ quart ketchup
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup red Tabasco sauce
  • ¼ cup Cajun Chef hot sauce
  • 1 quart diced yellow onions
  • 1 quart fresh Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 ounce minced fresh jalapeños
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 avocados cubed
  • 3 cups chopped boiled shrimp
  • 3 cups chopped boiled crawfish tails frozen works fine

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together.
