Shrimp & Crawfish Ceviche
Ingredients
- ½ quart water
- ¾ quart ketchup
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup red Tabasco sauce
- ¼ cup Cajun Chef hot sauce
- 1 quart diced yellow onions
- 1 quart fresh Roma tomatoes diced
- 1 ounce minced fresh jalapeños
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 avocados cubed
- 3 cups chopped boiled shrimp
- 3 cups chopped boiled crawfish tails frozen works fine
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
