Salsa Cheese Dip

  • ½ pound ground beef browned and drained of fat
  • ½ pound processed cheese cubed
  • 1 15oz can black beans drained
  • 1 10oz can Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • Garlic powder to taste


  • In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, mix all ingredients.
  • Heat until cheese is melted.
  • Serve in a slow cooker or chafing dish to keep warm.
