Roasted Potatoes with Fresh Garlic

  • 6 white potatoes cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp dried rosemary
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • In a bowl, toss potatoes, garlic and herbs in olive oil until evenly coated.
  • Arrange evenly in baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake 30 minutes, tossing occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
