Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Yield: 3½ to 4 dozen cookies.

- 1 cup butter-flavor Crisco
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- ¾ cup Peter Pan peanut butter
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 eggs
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 8-ounce package Reese’s mini peanut butter cups (not miniatures but minis)
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips or 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Beat Crisco, sugars, peanut butter, vanilla and water in a large mixing bowl at medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs and beat until blended.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt and gradually add to creamed mixture until blended using low speed on mixer.
- Stir in Reese’s minis and chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a greased or parchment paper-lined cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Remove to cooling rack.
