Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

  • 1 cup butter-flavor Crisco
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup Peter Pan peanut butter
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 eggs
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 8-ounce package Reese’s mini peanut butter cups (not miniatures but minis)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips or 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips


  • Beat Crisco, sugars, peanut butter, vanilla and water in a large mixing bowl at medium speed until well blended.
  • Add eggs and beat until blended.
  • Combine flour, baking powder and salt and gradually add to creamed mixture until blended using low speed on mixer.
  • Stir in Reese’s minis and chips.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a greased or parchment paper-lined cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
  • Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • Remove to cooling rack.
