  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg or cinnamon


  • Beat eggs with an electric mixer. Alternately add milk and sugar, while continuing to beat, until fully incorporated. Continue beating until mixture thickens slightly. Add vanilla and nutmeg. Cover Quick & Easy Eggnog with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled (at least 3 hours or overnight).
