Quick & Easy Eggnog
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg or cinnamon
Instructions
- Beat eggs with an electric mixer. Alternately add milk and sugar, while continuing to beat, until fully incorporated. Continue beating until mixture thickens slightly. Add vanilla and nutmeg. Cover Quick & Easy Eggnog with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled (at least 3 hours or overnight).
