Pulled BBQ for a Crowd
Ingredients
- 1 5-pound pork butt
- 1 16-ounce Dr. Pepper
- 3 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- Bottled barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Place meat in crock-pot; cover with Dr. Pepper and Worcestershire.
- Cook on low until meat falls off bone (about 12 hours).
- Remove from meat from crock-pot (discard bone); drain liquid from pot and reserve.
- Return meat to crock-pot and shred.
- Add your favorite barbecue sauce (we use Sonny's Sweet Barbecue Sauce).
- If desired, add some of the reserved juice now and/or while meat reheats.
- Serve Pulled BBQ for a Crowd over toasted Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns.
