Pitmaster Kevin Truett began his journey into the smoky world of barbecue mastery in southern Oklahoma. Shadowing his Uncle Phil, a pitmaster in his own right, Kevin learned the ins and outs of barbecue as a boy. In 2007, Kevin and his wife, Tracy, opened Pigskins BBQ. A daughter and granddaughter of high school football coaches, Tracy thought it only fitting to name the restaurant after a favorite family pastime. The restaurant has enjoyed such success that, twice now, it has required a larger space. Pigskins BBQ moved to a larger building to meet customer demand, and though the location has changed, the tradition of serving up southern Oklahoma’s finest barbecue hasn’t.
Monday – Thursday: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Friday & Saturday: 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
