Picnic Red Velvet Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix plus ingredients for preparing per directions
  • 1 packet hot chocolate mix 0.73-ounce
  • 1 can cream cheese or white icing 16-ounce
  • Chopped peanuts or pecans

Instructions

  • Prepare cake mix as directed on box; stir in dry hot chocolate mix.
  • Bake as directed on box using paper-lined muffin tins.
  • Cool; top with icing and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
