Ingredients

  • 1 7.5-ounce can rolled biscuits (not the flaky kind
  • 1 6-ounce package sliced pepperoni
  • Sliced provolone cheese to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  • Cut each biscuit in half and flatten.
  • Center a few pepperoni pieces and a small amount of cheese in the middle (not too much cheese or you’ll have a mess).
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and roll up.
  • Pinch edges to keep it from unrolling, but don’t worry about closing completely.
  • Place Pepperoni Roll Poppers on cookie sheet and bake at 375° until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
