Pepper & Corn Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cans diced tomatoes drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 white onion chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 2-3 jalapeno peppers minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl at least a day before serving.
- Keep chilled.
