  • 2 cans diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 white onion chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 2-3 jalapeno peppers minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika


  • Mix all ingredients in large bowl at least a day before serving.
  • Keep chilled.
