Pecan Mini Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Pour into mini muffin pans that have been sprayed or greased and floured. (These do not work well with paper liners.)
  • Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Makes 2 dozen.
