Peanut Parfait Pie
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese softened, 8-ounce
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14-ounce
- 1 carton whipped topping 16-ounce
- 2 pie shells baked and cooled, 9-inch
- 1 jar hot fudge ice cream topping 12-ounce
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and condensed milk with electric mixer until smooth; fold in whipped topping by hand. Spread one quarter of the mixture into each pie shell. Warm topping in microwave just until warm enough to pour. Drizzle one quarter of the sauce on each pie; cover with peanuts. Repeat cream cheese layer; drizzle with remaining fudge topping. Cover and freeze overnight or at least 4 hours.
