  • 2 pounds pecans about 5 cups
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt


  • Preheat oven to 250°.
  • Spread pecans on a rimmed baking sheet.

  • Bake about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted.
