  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings tips removed
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/3 cup Louisiana hot sauce
  • 2 packages dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basils


  • Wash and dry chicken wings. Fry in hot oil until brown, using no flour. Melt margarine and mix with remaining ingredients. Dip browned buffalo wings in mixture and bake in a 9×13-inch baking pan at 350° for 10 to 20 minutes.
