  • 1 pound ground sausage hot or mild
  • 1 10-ounce can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 16-ounce package Velveeta, ½-inch cubes
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • ½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper


  • Brown sausage; drain.
  • Combine with remaining ingredients in a slow cooker.
  • Set slow cooker to low and cover.
  • Stir occasionally as cheese begins to melt.
  • Serve hot when fully melted.
