JuJu’s Cajun Crawfish Shak sits alongside a lonely stretch of Farm Market 365 in Fannett. Lacy Carter and her father, Don Hanks, opened Juju’s in 2003, serving up the most delicious crawfish in all of southeast Texas—some would claim the world. Open only during crawfish season, JuJu’s keeps the menu simple, serving only crawfish by the pound, corn, and potatoes. They also offer canned sodas and bottled water, but guests are welcome to BYOB. Come and let JuJu’s cook you up a batch of crawdads, and join the family like so many others have. You’ll be glad you did.
