Italian Balsamic Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 8 Roma plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 ⁄3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 loaf French bread sliced and toasted
Instructions
- Place tomatoes in a bowl. Add basil, Parmesan cheese and garlic; toss to mix well. Carefully mix in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices.
