Hunka Burning Love Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8oz container Cool Whip
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
Chocolate Glaze Topping:
- 2 oz chocolate chips
- ¼ cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 4 graham crackers crushed
- Chopped nuts for topping optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until fluffy.
- Fold in Cool Whip and peanut butter.
- Spoon filling into crust and smooth top.
- Refrigerate while making Chocolate Glaze Topping.
Chocolate Glaze Topping:
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips; stir in cream and corn syrup until smooth.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Gently pour glaze over pie.
- Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with graham cracker and nuts, if desired.
