Hunka Burning Love Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 8oz container Cool Whip
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Chocolate Glaze Topping:

  • 2 oz chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp corn syrup
  • 4 graham crackers crushed
  • Chopped nuts for topping optional

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  • Fold in Cool Whip and peanut butter.
  • Spoon filling into crust and smooth top.
  • Refrigerate while making Chocolate Glaze Topping.

Chocolate Glaze Topping:

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips; stir in cream and corn syrup until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • Gently pour glaze over pie.
  • Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Top with graham cracker and nuts, if desired.
