  • 2 14-ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ package Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese


  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Combine all ingredients except the mozzarella cheese and place in a medium casserole dish.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or wheat thins.
