Hot Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 14-ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ package Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients except the mozzarella cheese and place in a medium casserole dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips or wheat thins.
