From Kent: This recipe is from my grandmother’s recipe collection. It’s a very nice cool weather dip that’s perfect with chips, crackers or veggies

  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients and place in a prepared 1-quart glass baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
  • Serve warm with your choice of chips or crackers.
