Georgia Pecan Party-Time Zesty Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 3 packages cream cheese softened, 8-ounce
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound shredded pepper jack cheese
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/2 tablespoon minced jalapeño optional
- Chopped Georgia pecans
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except pecans. Form into 1 large ball or 2 small ones and roll firmly in chopped pecans
