The Four Winds Steakhouse Restaurant is elegant and rustic, perched amongst oak trees and meadows, next to a pond on a beautiful east Texas ranch. Chef Frank Rumoré and his team prepare fine steaks and seafood for their guests. The beef is aged, cut in-house daily, and cooked to order. Quality seafood is freshly prepared daily, and dressings, sauces, and desserts are house made. To compliment your dinner they have a full bar and a wine list with several boutique-style wines. It’s a favorite getaway dining experience for many coming to treat themselves to excellent food and great service.
