Easy Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  • Wash mushrooms.
  • Remove stems and chop.
  • Sautè onion in butter until soft.
  • Add chopped stems, pecans, breadcrumbs, lemon juice and salt.
  • Mix well and cook until heated through.
  • Mound caps with stuffing.
  • Broil 4 minutes.
