Easy Stuffed Mushrooms
This recipe is perfect for oven or grill.

- 12 large mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Wash mushrooms.
- Remove stems and chop.
- Sautè onion in butter until soft.
- Add chopped stems, pecans, breadcrumbs, lemon juice and salt.
- Mix well and cook until heated through.
- Mound caps with stuffing.
- Broil 4 minutes.
