Easy Blueberry Pancake Casserole with Maple Syrup Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz box pancake or waffle mix
  • 2 pints blueberries
  • 1 8oz bottle pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • In a bowl, prepare entire contents of mix per instructions on box.
  • Add blueberries, stir gently until evenly combined.
  • Pour into greased 8½x8½-inch baking dish.
  • Bake approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup and serve warm.
