Cream of Broccoli Dip

  • 1 10oz package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 10oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 cups shredded white American cheese
  • 1 4oz can chopped green chiles or freshly cut peppers


  • Break broccoli into very small pieces.
  • Cook in saucepan according to package directions; drain.
  • Add soup, milk, garlic, cheese and green chiles.
  • Cook, stirring continuously, until cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm.
