Crawfish Party Dip

  • 1 pound domestic crawfish tail meat rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 heaping teaspoon plus ½ teaspoon Delta Donnie’s Cajun Sprinkle divided
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • ½ cup finely chopped green onions
  • 2 cups cocktail sauce


  • Sauté tail meat in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter for 2 minutes.
  • Lightly, season with ½ teaspoon. Delta Donnie’s Cajun Sprinkle.
  • Set aside to cool completely.
  • Mix the cream cheese, bell pepper, red onion and 1 heaping teaspoon Delta Donnie’s Cajun Sprinkle in a bowl.
  • Spread onto a serving tray evenly about ¾ inch deep.
  • Spread cocktail sauce over top of cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle crawfish tails and green onions on top of that.
  • Serve with crackers and or vegetable sticks.
