Crawfish Party Dip
A family favorite for special occasions!

- 1 pound domestic crawfish tail meat rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 heaping teaspoon plus ½ teaspoon Delta Donnie’s Cajun Sprinkle divided
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 small red onion diced
- ½ cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 cups cocktail sauce
Instructions
- Sauté tail meat in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter for 2 minutes.
- Lightly, season with ½ teaspoon. Delta Donnie’s Cajun Sprinkle.
- Set aside to cool completely.
- Mix the cream cheese, bell pepper, red onion and 1 heaping teaspoon Delta Donnie’s Cajun Sprinkle in a bowl.
- Spread onto a serving tray evenly about ¾ inch deep.
- Spread cocktail sauce over top of cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle crawfish tails and green onions on top of that.
- Serve with crackers and or vegetable sticks.
