  • 1 pound carrots cleaned, sliced and cooked
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • Dash hot pepper sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings.
  • Pour over vegetables and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
