- 2 cups rice
- cup ½bell pepper chopped very fine
- ½ cup onion chopped very fine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups hot water
- Place rice, bell pepper, and onion in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
- Pour 1 cup chicken broth and 2 cups hot water over the top.
- Cover cook it in the Oven Rice recipe with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
