Cajun Breaded Catfish Recipe

  • 4 catfish fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fine breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning or to taste
  • 3 eggs beaten


  • Salt and pepper catfish fillets. Combine breadcrumbs and Cajun seasoning. Dip fillets in beaten egg then roll to completely cover in breadcrumbs. Place in single layer in glass baking dish. Bake Cajun Breaded Catfish recipe for 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
