Best Benedictine in all of Arkansas

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber peeled and seeded
  • 1 small sweet onion
  • 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 or 2 drops green food coloring

Instructions

  • Mix cucumber and onion in a food processor.
  • Combine cumber mixture with cream cheese in a large bowl.
  • Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise; add salt to taste.
  • Drop green food coloring, adding enough to make a light green color.
  • Serve as a dip with your favorite chips or crackers, or use as a sandwich spread.
