Best Benedictine in all of Arkansas
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber peeled and seeded
- 1 small sweet onion
- 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- 1 or 2 drops green food coloring
Instructions
- Mix cucumber and onion in a food processor.
- Combine cumber mixture with cream cheese in a large bowl.
- Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise; add salt to taste.
- Drop green food coloring, adding enough to make a light green color.
- Serve as a dip with your favorite chips or crackers, or use as a sandwich spread.
