Baked Broccoli Chowder

  • Chowder:
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 can condensed clam or seafood chowder 18.8-ounce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • black pepper
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • bacon bits
  • 1 can fried onions 1-ounce


  • Combine chowder ingredients in a baking dish coated with nonstick spray. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with topping ingredients; return to oven until cheese is melted. Serve hot with slices of toasted and buttered French bread.
