Apple Toffee Dip

  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese softened
  • 3⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 8-ounce package (1½ cups) Heath English Toffee Bits


  • Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and both sugars until mixed well.
  • Add vanilla and toffee bits; mix well.
  • Spoon into a glass serving dish and refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  • Serve with cored and quartered red and green apples for dipping.
