Another Time Soda Fountain and Café, in a renovated 1900’s building, is not your ordinary café. When you step into the café, you immediately are transformed back to a simpler time. They have daily blue plate specials, but come early they go fast, and daily homemade soups. Meat is purchased from a local meat market daily. Try a half-pound burger or chicken-fried steak fingers. The ice cream sodas and malts are as authentic as if you were back in the 50’s, and don’t forget the fountain drinks made by soda jerks. Try the one-pound banana splits made with Blue Bell ice cream. Delicious.
