Amish Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Amish Macaroni Salad Mix*
- 1 16 ounce package elbow macaroni
- 3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, water and Amish Macaroni Salad Mix; set aside.
- Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender; cool under cold running water then drain well.
- Fold macaroni and eggs into dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
