The Allyn House, in uptown Nauvoo, showcases souvenirs and home décor that reflects the 1840’s theme of the restored homes and businesses in Old Nauvoo.  You will find over 100 custom made  Nauvoo souvenirs available for sale as well as home décor items from Irvin’s Tinware; Willow Tree Figures; Rowe Pottery; Manual Woodworkers and Weavers afghans and wall hangings; Park Designs dish towels, aprons and rag rugs;  Naked Bee lotions and soap; and Blossom Bucket signs and shelf decorations.  In our back room is a replicated woodworker’s shop reminiscent of the 1800’s complete with tools and accessories.  On display are examples of windows made by the late Charles W. Allen, using the mortise-and-tenon square peg joinery technique.  Don’t miss Al Rounds renowned water color artist, art gallery featuring scenes of Nauvoo.  We love to greet visitors with a friendly hello as they come in to explore our little shop.
