  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1 10oz can Rotel tomatoes with juice
  • ½ cup diced green onion
  • ½ cup diced cilantro


  • In a deep skillet over medium heat, brown and crumble sausage; drain.
  • Stir in cream cheese, Rotel, onion and cilantro; stir over low heat until mixed well.
  • Serve warm, or even chilled, with tortilla chips.
