Cantaloupe Salsa
1 cup cantaloupe, cut into small pieces
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 sprigs cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
Pinch of salt
Pinch of hot pepper flakes
In large bowl, mix ingredients together and chill. Serves 4.
