Liz Scott is a professional chef and caterer who specializes in the vital connection between good food, nutrition, and recovery from disease. Her first book, The Sober Kitchen: Recipes and Advice for a Lifetime of Sobriety, received the National Health Information Award for Patient Education Information and the Independent Publisher Book Award in Health, Medicine, and Nutrition.
