Strawberry Pudding Dessert

 

1 (5.1-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
2 3/4 cups cold milk
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12-ounce) container Cool Whip
1 (12-ounce) box vanilla wafers, crushed
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries

 

In large bowl, whisk pudding and milk for two minutes; refrigerate 5 minutes. Fold in condensed milk and Cool Whip. Reserve 1/4 cup wafer crumbs. Place 1/3 strawberries in the bottom of a glass serving bowl, layer 1/3 wafer crumbs and 1/3 pudding mixture over the top of the strawberries. Repeat layers 2 more times. Sprinkle top with reserved wafer crumbs. Refrigerate 2 hours or until ready to serve. Serves 12 to 14.

Note: For an impressive presentation, serve in individual stemmed glasses with a strawberry on top.
