Nedra's Chocolate Heaven Cake |
| This recipe is super rich and delicious. |
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup warm water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
5 large eggs
1/2 cup cherries, chopped in food processor
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup coconut

Mix first 7 ingredients with electric mixer for two to three minutes, until well blended. Add chips, pecans and coconut. Mix one to two more minutes with electric mixer. Spray tube or bundt pan; pour in mixture. Cook at 350 degrees 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool ten minutes; remove from pan. Dust top with powdered sugar if desired. If this is not rich enough for you, it can be served with cool whip or ice cream. Keep tightly covered if any is left. |
