2 thin round steaks |
| Pound steaks until tender. Brush with oil and cover both sides with bread crumbs, which have been mixed with salt and pepper. Roll as tightly as possible. Insert toothpicks approximately 1-inch apart across the roll. Cut between the toothpicks to create four to five separate rolls per steak. Cover the bottom of a baking pan with oil. Layer ½ of the potatoes, onions, and bell peppers, repeat to use all vegetables. Place round steak rolls on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours. Uncover and brown for 10 minutes. |
