Easy Spiedini
I cook this in my big, oven-safe, ceramic platter.  Pretty and delicious!

2 thin round steaks
Oil
Italian bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 large green pepper, cut in strips
1 large onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
Butter or margarine

Pound steaks until tender.  Brush with oil and cover both sides with bread crumbs, which have been mixed with salt and pepper.  Roll as tightly as possible.  Insert toothpicks approximately 1-inch apart across the roll.  Cut between the toothpicks to create four to five separate rolls per steak.
Cover the bottom of a baking pan with oil.  Layer ½ of the potatoes, onions, and bell peppers, repeat to use all vegetables.  Place round steak rolls on top.  Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.  Uncover and brown for 10 minutes.
