| Easy Chicken Dish |
| 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs 1 stick butter, melted |

Place chicken in a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Combine soup and 1 can broth from chicken (okay to use milk or canned broth if you don’t have fresh broth). Pour over chicken. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 to 30 minutes or until brown. Serves 8 NOTE: I use whole chicken that has been boiled then skin and bones removed. It is okay to use 4 chicken breasts boiled and chopped or even canned chicken if you are in a pinch. If you use canned chicken, you will need either canned chicken broth or milk to mix with the cream of chicken soup. If the children are home, you might want to put some Mozzarella cheese over the chicken before you put the bread crumbs on. |
