Taco Burradas |
| These delectables are a combination of tacos, burritos and enchiladas. Your family and friends will think they are heavenly! | |
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef (can mix half sausage and half beef) |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, or use microwave. Brown meat; drain. Add chopped onion, salsa, beans and spices; simmer 10 minutes. Add lettuce to meat mixture and toss. Spray cookie sheet or casserole dish (if you prefer, you can prepare these right on individual plates and heat in the microwave). Heat enchilada sauce or make your own. Dip tortilla in enchilada sauce and lay in baking dish; fill with meat mixture and roll. Repeat with each tortilla. Top with sauce and cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until hot; or microwave 2 minutes. Serve with more sauce, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Serves 8. Per serving: 581 calories; 38.1 fat grams |
